Celebrate the Solemnity of the Epiphany

My Dear People,

The Star of Bethlehem is an image of the light of Jesus coming into our world—into our hearts. Our Savior overcomes the darkness of sin and despair. That is what we celebrate on the Solemnity of the Epiphany. A light that uncovers and reveals His presence among us. This light also uncovers the spots, wrinkles and defects of our own human weakness. We need His help to see clearly and recognize the truth.

Without the light of Christ we remain in the darkness that surrounds us. “It is better to light one candle than to moan and complain about the darkness”. Let us make a New Year commitment to our God to be allied with the forces of light; and to do our part to brighten up our corner of our world.

Many thanks to those who made this Christmas season so wonderful. All the decorations, music and social gathering were done in a top-notch manner. It must really please Jesus that His birth is celebrated in such grand style! For His honor and glory! May Jesus bless you throughout the year!
