My Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
New beginnings are not always easy. We would like to rest on the wonderful achievements of the past and admire our efforts. Jesus calls us to gratitude for graces received and then to move on to bigger and better things. We have so much for which to be thankful at the end of this Holy season of celebration: beautiful liturgies, music, decorations and visitors (especially priests like Fathers Hassler and Velas) were a gift of God to our parish. We are so grateful to Him!
Now it is time to respond to this generous love by living our Faith with dedication and generosity. Grow in your faith through devout reception of the Sacraments and participation in programs like Bible study. We resume these sessions on Fridays at 7pm at Incarnation of Our Lord Rectory, 617 Pierce Street.
There are so many ways to keep the Christmas spirit alive throughout the year. Let us use them to grow in awareness that Jesus is among us . Asking Jesus to bless you and your loved ones in this new year 2019.
